First it was square melons, then they came up with heart-shaped melons... and now we have Buddha-shaped pears! At 50 yuan each ($7.32), would you even consider buying one?
It's kind of scary seeing those hanging Buddhas from the trees, especially if you bump into them at night, but it is interesting at the same time. I think they would make great gifts. It won't be long before they come up with all kinds of shapes, perhaps even our own face. Now, that would be awesome!

This is really cool! How do they do that? :)
Oh my gosh, how awesome are those? I can't imagine how they could get them to grow that way. No way would I pay that much for one though, I'm cheap....lol
That's a really clever idea. Wonder how they di that.
It's cute to see but scary to eat a "buddha"!
that is one really cool pear.
I wonder if they will feel guilty eating the pears. Oh, they eat the pears or buy them to put in their home.
Kalau Rizal minta mereka buatkan pokok yang berbentuk langsuir, pontianak kat pokok tu. Boleh selamat kebun tanam pokok malam malam. Hehehe
now, i dont think i want to eat that pears. i'll feel guilty of eating a meditating Buddha.. :) But, still it is impressive & cute.

I find the Buddha pears so cute! I bet they won't last long cos fruits normally get rotten when overriped. How did they do that? :-)

Katherine ~ Wonderful indeed! :)
