.I've started to get panicky. The latest victim was a teacher, before that a mother who had just given birth, another victim was a 10 year old boy. It seems surreal at first but not anymore
. I've even contemplated not sending my boys to school and keep them quarantined at home until the situation gets under control. A slight cough from them triggers the panic button and I'd scurry to check if my boys are alright.Heck, I'd get all jittery even when I hear my neighbors cough
. Yeah, I know I'm being paranoid but we can't take things lightly anymore. I wish I could whisk my family to safety... but where is that safe place?? I guess we'll just have to be extra cautious, practise good personal hygiene and never take flu symptoms for granted and leave everything to God. We have to have faith, there's a reason why this disease is happening but for the life of me, I just don't understand why people just die from flu. It's even deadlier than cancer!Let's pray this disease can be contained soon

Alamak, I should be more careful la since I travel for appointments and meet people quite a bit!
It is an awful feeling knowing you can not protect your children. But if you use all the precautions hopefully all will be well.

Iya nessa..sia pun takut betul sama H1N1 nie..dulu sia rasa macam itu bukan serius betul..until my husband died because of it..terus takut bah sia..
now mau kuar rumah pun sia nda mau sudah..mana lah kita tau ada orang di luar yang sakit kan..eeeeeeee palis2 nanti tejangkit!!!

Nessa: You ndak tau I punya takut.. Buddy is having a fever now and doctors insist teda apa2 but in 2 days, he doesn't get better have to bring him to gov hospital. mama mana bah ndak stress gini.

Anyway, ya bah.. this swine flu is getting worse. And here I was, thinking that this thing is gonna die down soon.. looks like it's going the other way around..

Shemah ~ My son pun demam skrang, stress betul sia ni. 2 days oredi, so far ada kurang sikit demam dia... but still, perasaan takut tu memang ada. I don feel like sending him to school next week... biar la cikgu marah. Health comes first!

Anny ~ Those with asthma have to be extra careful, esp. with the current hazy conditions. We all have to be extra careful. Don't wait if got flu symptoms ya.
Mama Mia ~ Memang bikin takut kan. Dulu sia rasa cam teda seja, skrang inda lagi. Mo pi shopping pun sia inda bawa lagi my kids. Hari2 sia membebel pasal cuci tangan slalu and if they have fever or not.
Mas ~ Iya ba kan... prevention is better than cure. Sia blum sampai tahap pakai mask la tapi sia suda beli... 8 keping lagi tu! :)
