So, please don't mind me while I write about FELA today ya. Now if you're wondering what FELA is well, it's definitely not that furniture company okay. FELA is actually the Federal Employer's Liability Act. Now just what is the Federal Employer's Liability Act Lawyers?
Well, let's just say that you're working for the railroad company and happen to get run over by a train, urrrmmm, maybe not run over but just injured. You'd probably need some good lawyers with a working knowledge in the provisions of the Federal Employer's Liability Act (FELA) which basically governs your right to recovery.
But just to be on the safe side, don't go playing on railroad tracks or anything like that to begin with

What FELA does is that they establish a specific process for recovery and identify the sort of damages that you may recover cos you can bet your bottom dollar that the railroad company will try to blame you for your injury and would do everything in their power to try to pay you nothing or even next to nothing!

FELA? ni 1st time dengar...but my husband told me...when he was with this can factory in Batu Caves, there one guy..got injured at his finger...he went to socso he got almost like 2K if i not mistaken..not bad for a finger injury ya...

Yes, the assignment are so darn slow la ... I hardly get any these days ... siggghhh ... hopefully something comes by for me soon.
Oh a different note, I used to play on railroad tracks when I was young. Thanks god I didn't need any FELA laywers ... LOL!
