Hot Potato Gone Cold

I was channel surfing a couple of days ago looking for something interesting to watch. Then I saw this retro movie being shown and just by the looks of the set and actors I knew it's one of those B grade kinda movie. You can always tell a B grade movie a mile away.

I don't know why but I find myself drawn to B grade movies. The acting and story lines are totally foolish and comical, yet I'm still glued to watching those atrocious acting (enough to make you cry at times!) LOL!

Now this particular movie was called Hot Potato. With a title like that, it's hard for me to resist the kind of acting they would serve... and I was proven right. I'm still amazed I actually watched the whole movie, all excruciating 88 minutes of it. It felt more like 88 hours!

I did some googling and I found out that it was filmed in 1976. The story is about a Martial-arts expert and his sidekick in an adventure to rescue an ambassador's daughter who was kidnapped in Thailand. The acting is really bad, the fight scenes are just the kick and punch kinda type and being repeated over and over throughout the movie. There are some 'juicy' moments with the hero and heroine seen frolicking in a river but in a cheesy kinda way.

Check out the movie's advertisement poster. So, when are you gonna catch this show? rotfl

The Devil's Ultimate Guide To Holiday Shopping!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Dirt Devil. All opinions are 100% mine.

It's that time of the year again where one scurries from one shop to another, in the hope of finding the perfect Christmas gifts (with reasonable prices too).

It's easy to get carried away especially when you're in a hurry and pressed for time. I find myself shopping at the last minute every year. One can't help when shopping malls have their year end sales with attractive discounts and promotions. Last minute buying also means impulse buying and therefore you end up spending more than you should.cry

Man vs Beast

Skill and strength of man and beast captured in one moment...

I believe I can fly...

Established in ancient bronze age Crete during the Minoan era, bull leaping is practiced throughout Europe from France to Portugal.

With as many as three bulls in the ring at any one time, each 'Recortadores' team - made up of between 5 and 7 members - go head-to-head in a dangerous and skilful performance which can last up to four hours.

Like the bull jumpers themselves, Chilean photographer Mery Alin Nuñez had to rely on reflexes and instinct to get these incredible images ~ Source: www.dailymail.co.uk
Whoaaa... surprise

Now, that I could never do! Even if I practiced cos I sure don't dare to step into the stadium. I don't want to be gored to death by a raging bull! And I have a weak heart too... I'd probably faint even before I face the bull... tongue

If you're into this kind of entertainment, then head to Plaza De Toros bull fighting stadium in Valencia, Spain. I've never witnessed a bull fight before, not even a buffalo fight... dogs and cats fighting is almost an everyday 'entertainment' near my house though.

Someone Stole My Clothes Hangers

My clothes hangers keep getting missing lately. How do I know? Well, because I've counted them. There are 5 dark green ones, 2 pink ones, 1 red, 2 blacks, 1 white, and 10 light green ones.

Last week one dark green hanger went missing. Before I left this morning, I found them scattered on the floor and I noticed the pink ones are gone! I wanted to scream but then it was only 6.30am... I didn't want to wake the whole neighborhood for a clothes hanger. That would be so stupid but I am still pissed. angry

To that hanger thief, I hope you're satisfied with your stolen pink hangers. Go spank yourself silly with it and hang yourself afterward! Moron!phbbbt

I think I had better keep my hangers indoor from now on.

Ahhh well, at least it's Friday. Have a great weekend everybody! wave

I've noticed a few who have taken the EC widget off their blogs. I'm sad to see them leave one by one. EntreCard definitely works for me. I doubt I'd ever get almost 300 visitors daily without EC's help and I'm thankful for whatever exposure I can get. It's definitely a bonus when fellow EntreCarders read and leave comments too.biggrin

I tend to click and go too sometimes (guilty as charged)!blush But it depends on the topics. I tend to leave comments on lighter issues, not so much on serious issues like business, law, environment, tech, money making , SEO's and all that stuff cos I have no inkling as to what they're about.

There are definitely a lot of great blogs on EC and I am glad to have stumbled upon a few bloggers who replies their comments and even return visits regularly.

I wonder if this is true... think

What's your take on this? I could use some advice.
